These pumps use a spherical motor principle. The only moving part in the
pump is a spherically shaped rotor/impeller unit with a self-readjusting bearing
supported on an ultra hard. low-wear ceramic ball.
Lifelong quiet operation. Since the rotor is supported on a bearing
ball, the design virtually eliminates bearing clearance. The pump
works quietly, even after years of operation.
Extremely long service life. The pumps are designed for long-term
continuous use (0.8mm wear path in the carbon bearing= vast
improvement over conventional canned motor pumps). They are
designed to resist blockage and are maintenance-free. All motors
are fully encapsulated at no extra cost.
Simple and low-cost rotor replacement. The pump rarely needs
to be replaced in its entirety after the service life.
Model S1 has a bronze head and is ideal for circulating water in
Model S4, S5, S6 are ideal replacements for central heating pumps
Model's D1, D2, D3, D4 have bronze heads and a 12/24 volt
brushless motor with the same specification as above

HIGH EFFICIENCY MAGNETIC DRIVE DIRECT CURRENT
The EcoCirc magnetic drive spherical motor design offers many
benefits over other pump styles: it operates on extremely low input at
a specified nominal voltage up to 24 volts; the spherical permanent
magnet eliminates impeller slippage; the motor does not have a shaft,
is fully potted and has no moving parts; the pump has no seals; and
both the drive and motor magnets have thick cross-sections that resist
cracking due to thermal shock. The brushless motor has a lifetime in
excess of 10,000 hours when operated at 12 volts and can be
powered directly by solar panels, battery or other DC power sources.
The unique screw ring design for this series of pumps allows switching
to AC motors without changing pump housings.
